Concrete Stencil Application
Texcoat has developed a C2S, Coated Two Sides
heavy grade liner for concrete stencils. This product uses our “Texguard” dual
station coating application to provide excellent water resistance and release
properties. This product is fully recyclable and repulpable, negating the need
for landfill disposal of trim and finished stencil material.
This product is an excellent replacement for wax
or poly laminated stock. Providing MVTR, (Moisture Vapor Transfer Rate) of 30
g/m2/24hours. Fully sufficient to support the cure time of the color hardeners
applied.
The
optimum methods are for spray and textured roller applications of color
hardener. These methods provide the best lay of the stencil and clarity for the
finished image. |
